My Work
The public company Wix is divided in a series of mini companies. Some build the main platforms (the website editors, the mobile app, etc.) while others develop application for small & medium businesses.
For 3 years, I have been leading the design of Wix Bookings, a web and mobile application to take and manage online bookings. During this time, I was responsible for:
- 20+ features designed end to end
- Introducing new work methodologies
- Uplifting the quality of the product & refining its visual language
- Helping grow the application to over 1M users.
To illustrate my work, I have selected a series of interfaces representing the depth of my work on this platform.
Disclaimer: All designs presented were either designed by myself or in collaboration with designers under my direction.
In retrospect
Working at Wix has been a great opportunity to apply a lot of the theoritical knowledge I had to product design. I have been able to lead the end to end design of an entire platform in a very high paced environment, always in collaboration with Product Managers, Back-end and Front-end Engineers, Product Writers and Data Analysts.
On top of it, I was given the responsibility to build, lead and grow a team of designers which was my very first experience to people management. This role came with its own set of challenges, all very interesting to be confronted to.
